Atlanta, GA, September 1, 2006 - MDdatacor, Inc., a leader in healthcare quality management solutions for health plans and providers, today announced it has promoted Russell Olsen to chief information officer. Prior to assuming his current role, Olsen served as vice president of operations.
In this role, Olsen will be responsible for leading the company’s development initiatives including its data processing, patient matching and search technology, and physician portal solutions.

Previously, Olsen was with Ernst & Young's Technology and Security Risk Services, where his work included Sarbanes Oxley and financial audits for Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Olsen holds a B.S. in Electronics and Information Technology from Brigham Young University's School of Technology, and has published articles on network services, Sarbanes Oxley control improvement, and IT Management.
